Reserve
"The line" on each test is a fixed, published mark for low capacity, loss of independence or falls risk (see Sources). It does not move with your age, so a change in your margin is a change in you.

Change compares results taken with the same help and setup; if either changed, a new baseline starts. For grip, gait and balance, change uses the average of your three trials (the best trial is still the one checked against the line). From your fifth result, at least nine months after the first, a trend per year is shown. It is called declining or improving only when it is larger than your own test-to-test scatter explains. Peer standing is an approximate percentile against people your age and sex; single-leg stance has none.
Trends
Solid line: your results. Dashed line: the fixed line (dotted: chair-stand "on track at 90" line). Hollow dots: assisted. Gait also shows the street-crossing line (1.07 m/s). A vertical marker and a gap mean the help or setup changed, so those points are not joined.
